Security Cages We manufacture three standard types of security cage, Type 1, Type 2 and Type 3 which are sized to enclose small, medium and large outdoor units. These are heavy duty, tough construction, fully welded from 3mm rolled steel angle and 10g mild steel weld mesh. Finished galvanised, powder coated (internal) or zinc primed and powder coated (external), the cages have lift off access door panels as standard, and come in two standard colours. Cut outs and notches for pipes and cable are incorporated at time of order Condensate Trays We manufacture condensate trays sized to suit the customer’s requirements. On the downloadable pdf price list, a range of sizes with prices can be found. This is for guidance when you need quick pricing data, sizes and prices can to an extent, be pro-rated. The trays are manufactured from galvanised steel sheet and are 40mm deep with safety edges. A ¾” drain BSP F is provided on the base or side in a position of your choice. The floor of the tray is creased to allow the condensate to run to drain. Hanging brackets for support are an option. Roof Outlet Boxes We manufacture weatherproof roof outlet box’s which easily fix to pre-prepared builderswork upstands. For flat roof we also provide the upstand for the roofing contractor to build in and felt over. Your AC pipes and electrical cables can easily be passed up through the box, working through the removable lid. On completion of your work a light gauge plate provided is cut on site to suit the pipe / cables installed, to provide a weather seal. (Usually the installer also uses a small amount of expanding foam to finally seal around the pipes.
