ABB component drives

ACS150, 0.37 to 4 kW / 0.5 to 5 hp

We have developed a NEMA 1 terminal connection box for the innovative and extremely popular range of ABB ACS 150 component inverter drives.

The drives are widely used within industry to control a range of appliances including:-

Fans
Pumps
Gate control
Material handling
Conveyors

Designed in two different sizes to suit the R0, R1 and R2 inverter sizes, the connection boxes offer a cost effective, sturdy and aesthetically pleasing addition to the drive.

The Connection Box is manufactured in two parts;

A combined back plate & gland plate.
A terminal cover

The Connection box is simple to fit, with the back plate holes aligning exactly with the Inverter Drive mounting holes.

The terminal cover is held in place with a single cross head screw, with the base edge locating to the back plate with precision cut retaining slots.

Manufactured from 16g mild steel, ventilation slots are laser cut to provide adequate cooling ventilation for the drive, and the whole unit is Powder Coat Painted RAL 9002, finish eggshell.
